Pricing

We price our Chartered Accountants services using GoProposal to give a fair, clear and transparent price to all our clients. No matter who is your client manager you will pay the Dawes Accountants fixed monthly price.

Services are priced at the level we feel is sufficient to give our clients the level of service they deserve. To establish a fair price, we base prices on two main factors of transaction levels and turnover, see more here.

Below we have listed our minimum fee levels for our most popular services. These fees would be for the simplest of structures with excellent records provided and would increase accordingly the larger and more complex your business becomes.

We price all services bespoke to each businesses wants and needs, so please contact us to arrange a free initial discovery call to establish if we will be a good fit to work together and to establish your service level requirements.

Limited Company Accounts

If you are Limited Company and require Accounts and a Corporation Tax return our prices start from £70+VAT per month

Partnership

If you are in a partnership and need accounts, partnership and individual tax returns completing our fees start from £60+VAT per month

Sole Trader

If you are a Sole Trader and need accounts and a personal tax return completing our fees start from £40+VAT per month

30 Day Capital Gains Tax Declaration on UK Property Sale

Our prices start from £300+VAT for the calculation and report of any gain made on the sale of a UK property.

Xero Bookkeeping & VAT Review

We base our bookkeeping and VAT review prices depending on the number of purchase invoices to analyse, and transactions to process through the bank. (See why we price this way here). If you require a bookkeeping quote all you will need to do is add us as a user to your Xero account, and our pricing software will calculate the average levels for you.

Payroll

Payroll fees are dependent on the frequency and complexity of the payroll. Prices start from £20+VAT per month.

Xero software

We can subscribe to Xero on your behalf and pass on a 15% discount on the Xero headline pricing which for the standard package is currently £28+VAT. See why we recommend Xero here.

Dext Prepare

We offer discounted use of Dext prepare to all our clients. Click here to watch a short video on how Dext works. We believe all Xero users should utilise Dext prepare to remove the manual processing and storage of purchase invoices saving huge amounts of their time. It’s a no brainer for all Xero users!

Xero & Dext Training

Our standard package is priced at £250+VAT and includes initial setup, initial training and follow up review training by one of our Xero certified advisors. After this training you should be up and running and confidently using Xero. We have added free training guides and videos to support you here.

Company Formation

Our prices start from £150+VAT and this will include advice on the share structure of the company, registering the company and providing the official registration documents.
