Human Resources Support

Helena is our in house Human Resource Manager, who can offer support with Payroll, Pensions, and the following:

  • Contracts of Employment
  • Employee dispute advice/ letters
  • Opportunity to purchase fee protection insurance policy, which provides an employment support helpline for more in-depth issues.

Payroll

We offer a full payroll package, which can be paid for on a monthly basis, and covers the following:

  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, processing of employee’s wages to include the production of online payslips, advising the employer of net wages to pay (or setting up payments), and advising of any PAYE liability and when to pay.
  • Year End reporting to HM Revenue & Customs, to include the production of P60’s
  • P11D forms

Auto Enrolment Pensions

Auto-enrolment is a government scheme which stipulates that all employers with employees working within the UK have to provide a workplace pension, and continually assess their employee’s eligibility for such schemes. We can provide support every step of the way :

  • Choosing and setting up a scheme with NEST, or referring for advice from a registered pension advisor.
  • Letters to all employee’s on initial set up of the scheme, and on auto-enrolment
  • Completing pension regulator forms
  • Managing employee salary deductions and monthly reports
  • Assessing employee’s on a continual basis and on auto-enrolment
